Zen Bard of Suhe

Shuji Yomikaki 读垣修二

Long in chips, still new at curiosity — thinking slowly, building slowly.

Hello — I'm Shuji Yomikaki (读垣修二), known on X as Zen Bard of Suhe.

I'm a chip veteran who builds AI-native things and thinks of himself as a product person. I spent a short stretch in hard-tech venture investing — short enough that all I learned was that good questions are much harder to come by than good answers.

These days I tinker with agent computers and Omarchy, and write things now and then. A hardware person falling for software config: the textbook definition of growing down instead of up. 😅

I love rock and musicals, and I practice Zen. Odd pairing, but both teach the same lesson: slow down, listen first.

Think big & long, act small & different.

想得大而远,做得小而不同。

Don't Panic. Things get done one at a time — and 42 has already been handed out.
